Integrity's 700+ highly skilled team members operate out of 3 locations with 6 facilities throughout North America - totaling 155,000 sq.ft. Our Global Headquarters is in Oldcastle (Windsor), Ontario Canada. Plant #1 is home to our Program Management team, Advanced Manufacturing including hi- speed 5 axes CNC milling, hi-speed 3 axes milling, gundrilling, electrode manufacturing and EDM operations. Plant #2 is our Engineering, mold assembly and fully equipped mold Try-out facility with press capacity up to 3000 ton including a 1650 Ton Engel 4-shot rotary injection press. Our Advanced Design and Quick Response Units that handle engineering change, repair and preventative maintenance requirements are located at Plant #3. Integrity Tool and Mold Tennessee is a fully staffed 20,000 sq feet facility. This plant gives Integrity a southern presence to better serve our customers needs with state-of the-art equipment and 40 ton crane capacity. This plant operates 24/7 and is geared to handle new design and builds as well as any engineering change or repair work that is required. Our strategic close proximity to a large number of our customers results in quicker turnaround times, less travel time and drastically reduced costs. Our new 20,000 sq. feet facility in Queretaro, Mexico is fully staffed and equipped for mold design, mold repair and maintenance with 50 ton crane capacity and large capacity CNC, EDM and spotting equipment.

Description

Integrity is actively recruiting Apprentices to join our expanding team.

As an Apprentice, you will receive specialized on-the-job training in either our moldmaking or machining departments. As a Moldmaker Apprentice, you will work in our apprentice area to learn the basics of moldmaking, such as tapping holes, fitting components and plugging waterlines. As a Machine Apprentice, you will work alongside a Programmer/Machinist to become familiar with the machine and controls, while performing job set-ups and general labour.

Integrity is happy to sponsor our apprentices through St. Clair College, should they choose to partner their job training with schooling.

Duties and Responsibilities for Moldmaker Apprentice:

  • Clean molds
  • Tap holes
  • Plug waterlines
  • Fit components
  • General Labour as required

Duties and Responsibilities for Machine Apprentice:

  • Prepare machine for productions by positioning and securing jobs
  • Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls
  • Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, adjusting controls and replacing tooling
  • General Labour as required

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.

We currently employ 850+ highly skilled team members, operating out of 4 locations, with 13 facilities globally. Corporate headquarters is located in Oldcastle (Windsor), Canada, with additional full capability facilities in Pulaski, Tennessee, Queretaro, Mexico, and Treviso, Italy.
