What you’ll do
As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will support all activities related to the operation of printing and die-cutting equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup activities.
- Verify production orders, stock specifications, and material condition.
- Assist in setting up slotting, feeding, and die-cut sections according to established procedures.
- Mount and adjust printing and cutting dies as required.
- Monitor product quality, including box dimensions, scoring, slotting, warp, and liner condition.
- Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns.
- Complete production records and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with the operator and supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
- Assist machine operators and other team members with production tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, and midnight shifts).
