We’re looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager who’s ready to lead with energy, support their crew, and help every guest have a great experience.

In this role, you’ll be an upbeat role model on shift—motivating a diverse team to deliver friendly, fast, and consistent service. You’ll help train and coach team members to keep standards high for guest service, product quality, and cleanliness. You’ll also support the General Manager and Owner with day-to-day operations in a busy quick-service environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Run shifts smoothly by making sure your team has what they need to succeed

  • Follow Tim Hortons standards for product preparation, cleanliness, and safe equipment use

  • Help recruit, train, and coach team members to maintain strong operational standards
