Barback – Mati Crudo + Charcoal

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Barback to support our bar team and ensure a smooth, elevated service experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a team environment and works with urgency.

Requirements

  • 1+ year barback or bartending experience
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Availability Thursday through Sunday (required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
  • Ensure bartenders are fully stocked with clean tools, towels, and glassware
  • Maintain proper levels of ice, liquor, wine, and beer throughout service
  • Keep the bar clean and organized at all times
  • Support inventory tracking and proper storage of deliveries
  • Learn menu items and cocktail recipes
  • Assist with guest interactions when needed
