OTL is seeking new Bartenders ready to take on the opportunity of being part of our opening team. We are looking for motivated, fun, enthusiastic servers to help create and environment that keeps customers coming back. Located at the end of Lakeshore drive, in the iconic Launch building, our restaurant boasts panoramic views of beautiful Sylvan Lake. Our rooftop patio is situated on top of the Marina making you feel like you really are on the lake!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience
- Thorough knowledge of our cocktail menu and recipes
- Knowledge of classic cocktails
- Wine and beer knowledge considered an asset
- Provide guests with outgoing, personal, and quality service
- Passion for hospitality
- Coachability
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to establish and develop relationships with coworkers, vendors, and customers
- Be willing to assist fellow coworkers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all service areas
- Execute other tasks as required
