Join a dynamic, collaborative manufacturing team in Burlington! We are seeking a mechanically inclined, hands-on professional for a stable, long-term opportunity within a modern production facility.
Position Overview:
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, or Night shifts available (flexible based on scheduling needs)
Location: Burlington, ON
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, adjust, and monitor industrial batch mixing equipment.
Read and follow detailed formulations, batch sheets, and mixing recipes with high accuracy.
Utilize mechanical aptitude for basic equipment setup and preventative troubleshooting.
Conduct in-process checks to maintain strict batch quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven mechanical aptitude or relevant experience in manufacturing, compounding, or batch processing.
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a collaborative team mindset.
Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and crouch throughout the shift.
Safety at Heights: Comfortable working from lifts and ladders.
Strength Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and manipulating heavy equipment or supplies.
Manual Dexterity: Skilled in using pushing/pulling motions to operate multiple controls and machinery simultaneously.
Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical/beauty/Pharmacy//Food industry doing batch making process.
Problem-Solving: Proven technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Availability: Flexible and willing to work overtime based on production needs.
