Job Description:
We are seeking 8-12 years experienced highly skilled Senior Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, Azure Cloud, and SQL/PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and support Microservices-based architectures.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Work closely with English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders and teams.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with API Integration and REST services.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in performance tuning and application optimization.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
