  • Review and integrate laser scan data into federated models where required.
  • Incorporate field data and assist in producing As-Built models according to project standards.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment between BIM models, databases, and reporting tools.

Technical & Team Support

  • Deliver BIM navigation and workflow training for project team members.
  • Produce and export CAD drawings in line with project BIM/CAD standards (e.g., IFC drawings, fit-out support).
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development within the project team.

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Support and adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and environmentally responsible working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a BIM Coordinator (or similar role) on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the transportation, rail, or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM and design software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, Synchro or related tools.
  • Solid understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650, project information management, model coordination).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and coordinating with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using Power BI for dashboards, data visualization, and project reporting is an asset.
