JobSummary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms, cloud security, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities

BusinessEngagement&Planning

  • Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather business needs, objectives, and challenges.

  • Support strategic planning, demand intake, and initiative prioritization.

  • Develop business cases and value realization frameworks.

BusinessAnalysis

  • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Document current-state and future-state business processes.

  • Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility assessments.

  • Define business requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

SolutionDevelopment

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business objectives are clearly understood.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements.

  • Validate proposed solutions against business expectations.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

ProjectDelivery

  • Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support change management, training, and business readiness activities.

  • Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and expected outcomes.

  • Assist with post-implementation reviews and benefits realization.

RequiredSkills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices.

  • Understanding of cloud security controls, including:

    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)

    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

    • Zero Trust Architecture

    • Encryption and compliance requirements

  • Experience acting as a liaison between business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.

  • Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable outcomes.

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining technical and operational documentation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
