  • Provide direct consultation and coaching to Educational Assistants (EAs) and early learning teams during program visits.

Make Every Visit Count

Communicate

  • Facilitate family-centered IPP meetings and ensure updates, transitions, and planning are clearly documented and shared.

  • Liaise with outside agencies and school partners to ensure continuity of care and support.

Support and Supervise

  • Mentor and supervise your assigned EAs — offering guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them shine in their roles.

  • Promote inclusive practices and build strong relationships between families, EAs, and early learning site staff.

  • A commitment to child safety and privacy, including:

  • Up-to-date Child Intervention Record Check and Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance
