  • Support individualized education and career planning by engaging with students and families, offering guidance, and assisting with access to programs and services
  • Assist students and families in completing applications, forms, and required documentation for education programs and supports, ensuring timely processing (e.g., tuition, school cheques, bus passes, and related supports)
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date student records, files, and case notes, including documentation of student interactions and progress
  • Coordinate and support key education programs, including K–12 supports and Post-Secondary programming, ensuring alignment with work plan priorities
