Job Summary: As a General Manager with Fitness World, you champion a friendly and fun club community and ensure a best-in-class fitness experience for our member base and personal training clients. You build and maintain an engaged and high performing team of fitness and sales/services enthusiasts, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the club. You’re also responsible for the achievement of financial results, member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures and programs.
