Get ready to join us On The Lake!
OTL is seeking new hosts ready to take on the opportunity of being part of our opening team. We are looking for motivated, fun, enthusiastic individuals to help create and environment that keeps customers coming back. Located at the end of Lakeshore drive, in the iconic Launch building, our restaurant boasts panoramic views of beautiful Sylvan Lake. Our rooftop patio is situated on top of the Marina making you feel like you are really on the lake!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Be a friendly and enthusiastic first point of contact for our guests
- Keep an organized and up to date map of the floor to accurately provide guests with wait times
- Provide guests with outgoing, personal, and quality service
- Passion for hospitality
- Coachability
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to establish and develop relationships with coworkers, vendors, and customers
- Be willing to assist fellow coworkers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all service areas
- Execute other tasks as required
