Join Our Team! Part-Time Inside Sales Representative at Sunderland Co-operative Inc.

Location: Sunderland, ON

Company: Sunderland Co-operative Inc.

Employment Type: Full-Time (20–40 hours per week)

Wage: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of agriculture? We’re on the lookout for a part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at Sunderland Co-operative Inc.! If you have a passion for farming, enjoy helping customers find the right products, and you possess agricultural experience with crops and livestock, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to assist them with their agricultural needs.
• Showcase our wide range of products, from seeds to tools, and provide expert recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with our customers by delivering top-notch service and support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and contribute to store promotions.
• Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with loading customer vehicles with purchased products according to load receipts.
• Delivery of orders to customers.
• Proficient with all social media platforms
• Assist with the restocking of merchandise on shelves.
• Assist with warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in agriculture and a desire to learn more about our products.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of agriculture is a plus but not required—just a willingness to learn!

The Essentials:

• CAS approved work boots required
• Ability to lift 25kg
