Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Intermediate CRM - Solution Architect with deep expertise in IBM Maximo Work and Asset Management solutions to support a large-scale enterprise work management modernization initiative.

The successful consultant will act as a Maximo Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide leadership across solution architecture, implementation, integrations, customization, testing, deployment, and post-production support. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and sustainable Maximo solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, solution architecture experience, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on expertise with IBM Maximo technologies.

Scope

  • Providing solution architecture and technical leadership for IBM Maximo implementations and enhancements.

  • Leading the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Maximo solutions.

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical and functional designs.

  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.

  • Developing functional and technical design documentation.

Assignment Deliverables

  • Solution Architecture Documentation

  • Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

  • Technical Design Specifications

  • Maximo Configuration and Customization Designs

  • Integration Design Documents.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

  • 15+ years of demonstrable experience, preferably in the design, development, upgrade, document and full life-cycle implementation of Work and Asset Management solutions using IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x.

  • 12+ years of extensive experience leading large-scale IBM Maximo implementations, including project delivery, system migrations, testing, upgrades, and major go-lives.

  • Proficient in providing expert advice, solution design, and post-implementation support for Maximo and Maximo Mobile applications.

  • Skilled in gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, designing Maximo-based solutions, and supporting program-level change management initiatives.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of enterprise automation frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change management and technology adoption programs.
