The Lead Software Engineering Consultant – Microservices leads the design and development of cloud native services that form the core application capability of the program.

This role is a hands on technical leader responsible for Java microservices, event driven design, integration patterns, code quality, and team mentoring within an AI enabled delivery model.

This role is part of an AI first software engineering organization where Artificial Intelligence is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience leveraging AI to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes using modern AI assisted development practices.
