The Falcon Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of our projects by assisting site supervision and crews with a variety of daily construction and site-related tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • General housekeeping – maintaining a tidy and orderly job site.
  • Must bring a commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a desire to perform physical work.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment operators via hand signals and radio communications while guiding/directing moving equipment.
  • Able to work independently as required.
  • Assist the supervisor in maintaining records, report safety issues, concerns or hazard.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to construction site operations.
  • Well-developed planning and organization abilities.
  • Physically fit, with excellent stamina and the ability to perform hard manual labor.

Qualifications

  • Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test required to access site.
