As a Lead Barber, you'll help maintain high standards behind the chair while contributing to a welcoming and professional shop environment. This is an opportunity to put your experience to work, support your fellow barbers, and continue growing your career.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll focus on delivering quality grooming services, building guest relationships, and demonstrating the standards expected of a Lead Barber.
Barbering & Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and conduct thorough consultations to understand their preferences
- Recommend haircuts and grooming styles based on face shape, personal taste, and hair type
- Demonstrate advanced technical skills, including clipper cuts, fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customized styling
- Deliver professional grooming services with attention to detail
- Build lasting relationships with guests through consistent, high-quality service
- Maintain clean grooming stations and properly sterilize tools
- Educate guests on grooming products and recommend suitable retail options
- Consistently provide the Tommy Gun's guest experience
Setting a Positive Example
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service
- Contribute to a supportive, team-focused shop environment
- Share your knowledge and experience with fellow barbers
- Help maintain consistent service standards
