  • Visit client sites, conduct limited daily patrols, and ensure team compliance with safety, uniform, and deportment standards.

  • Investigate vehicle accidents, property damage, or site incidents alongside management, handling corrective actions when necessary.

  • Maintain flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies or cover mobile patrol and alarm shifts if needed.

Must Haves

  • At least two years of supervisory experience in security or a related operational field.

  • A valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license in good standing (driver's abstract required).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), TrackTik, and scheduling software such as WinTeam.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and handle disciplinary situations professionally.

  • Ability to drive, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in various traffic and weather conditions.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior operational experience within a mobile security department.

  • Post-secondary education in business, law enforcement, or a related field.

  • Experience conducting interviews, teaching, or facilitating employee training.

  • Working knowledge of vehicle GPS tracking tools and DashCam software.
