Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at St. George Pharmacy in Saint George, New Brunswick.
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care
- Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures
- Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld
- Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings
- Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes
- Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with theNew Brunswick College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification is required
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager is considered an asset
- Experience with Kroll is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
