Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a large power generation client in Arizona. This individual will oversee a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across operating generating facilities, including electrical upgrades, control system modernizations, infrastructure improvements, and plant reliability projects. This role will act as the primary coordinator between plant operations, maintenance, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, construction activities, commissioning support, and project turnover within live operating facilities.
This is a hands on project management role requiring strong stakeholder management and experience executing brownfield capital projects while minimizing impacts to ongoing plant operations.
