Responsibilities:
• Build, enhance, and support reusable React components that strengthen consistency across multiple web products.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready interfaces while maintaining close alignment with established UX standards.
• Embed accessibility best practices into front-end development to help ensure components meet recognized compliance expectations.
• Work with cross-functional partners to define needs, clarify priorities, and deliver solutions within an evolving development environment.
• Improve component libraries through thoughtful documentation, clean code structure, and patterns that encourage efficient adoption by product teams.
• Take part in peer reviews and contribute to development standards that promote quality, reliability, and maintainable code.
• Apply insights from user research and product feedback to refine component behaviour and overall usability.
• Coordinate effectively with globally distributed colleagues and adjust working style as needed to support collaboration across time zones. • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining React-based design systems in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and hands-on experience implementing inclusive front-end solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern client-side development practices.
• Background developing enterprise-level software or other complex, large-scale web applications.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured development workflows.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to solve problems and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with tools such as Figma and Jira, with additional exposure to infrastructure, CAD, or 3D-related environments considered an asset.
