Key Responsibilities:
- Sewing and Assembly: Operate sewing machines to stitch fabric, textiles, and other materials according to specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Pattern and Instruction Adherence: Follow patterns, templates, and instructions precisely to achieve the desired outcome for each product.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished items for quality and ensure there are no defects, making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
- Inventory and Materials: Monitor fabric and thread supplies, report shortages, and assist with organizing materials.
