Key Responsibilities:
Set up spray stations and adjust air/fluid pressures
Apply finishes using proper technique: distance, overlap, speed, and angle
Spray 3D items (e.g., posts, hoods, corbels)
Mix primers (catalyze, reduce, adjust viscosity)
Inspect and prep surfaces; perform minor repairs
Perform daily and weekly equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot finish defects and equipment issues
Track productivity on hour-by-hour boards
