  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Support reference checks, background check administration, or other pre-employment processes as directed.
  • Support the administrative side of employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Help to prepare workspaces, equipment, supplies, access, and welcome materials for new employees.
  • Support People Ops, Studio Ops, IT, and Leads to ensure new hires are ready for their first day.
  • Help coordinate office access and equipment returns when employees leave.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, office coordination, hospitality, customer service, recruitment coordination, or a related field.
  • A proactive approach—you notice what needs to be done and take action without being asked.
  • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for support.
  • A friendly, thoughtful, and kind approach with the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
