  • Resolve conflicts within the project and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and timelines

  • Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and promoting best practices
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s project delivery methodology

What You Will Bring

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (or working toward)
  • 5 years’ experience managing technology projects in waterfall, agile or hybrid environments
  • Demonstrated success delivering small/medium complexity projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and dependencies
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital solutions, enterprise systems, and agile delivery practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business focused communications
  • Problem solving mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach
  • Experience working with distributed or cross functional teams

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, Winnipeg, London. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an in-office presence required three days per week.
