Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: A directly related diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within interprofessional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Therapy Assistant Diploma. Connect Care experience. Recent clinical experience supporting therapeutic rehabilitation programs. Experience providing individual and group therapy and educational interventions. Committed to enhancing the care of residents with cognitive and physical impairment. Experience working in a Continuing Care setting. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C).
