About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by preparing orders, organizing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer orders for shipment and delivery.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Receive, inspect, and package incoming and outgoing products.
- Complete data entry and order processing tasks using computer systems.
- Assist with inventory management and order escalations when required.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email applications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
