We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our client's custom manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What Our Client Offers:
- Competitive pay of 20.00/hr
- Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm – with overtime offered

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Measure materials accurately using measuring tapes and other tools
- Assemble and manufacture custom products according to specifications
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Experience using basic hand and power tools, including measuring tapes, drills, drivers, and saws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
