The Assistant Manager is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level. This role is not for the manager that sits in the office, this is a hands-on, on the floor selling role. We are looking for driven, customer-focused Managers who are ready to build a career.
We are looking for
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience or interest in retail sales management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Energetic, positive, and customer-focused
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Sales-savvy, understanding how to drive sales both for yourself and the store
- A coach and mentor who can keep the team focused, motivated on target
