Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in concession areas
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Follow food safety and venue policies
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties as required
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid Serving It Right (SIR) Certification is required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
FIFA Accreditation Requirements
All successful applicants must complete a FIFA accreditation application before being approved to work the event.
Applicants will be required to provide:
- Legal first and last name exactly as shown on government-issued ID
- Valid email address
- Valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's Licence, BC ID, PR Card, Indigenous Status Card, etc.)
- Identification must remain valid beyond July 19, 2026
- Passport-style photo
Important: FIFA accreditation invitations are individual and cannot be shared. Applications with incorrect information may be delayed until corrections are submitted and approved.
