As a Contracts Advisor, you will manage the full contract life cycle, from sourcing and tendering through execution and close-out. You will partner with project teams to develop contracting strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with procurement and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities
• Support sourcing, procurement, and contracting strategies across project stages.• Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration of complex contracts.
• Partner with project teams to provide supply chain and commercial support.
• Develop scopes of work, contract amendments, and change orders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage contractor relationships.
• Monitor contract compliance, commitments, and contract close-out activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Must-Have Requirements
• 5+ years of contracts administration or contract management experience.• Experience supporting capital projects or business unit projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract life cycle management.
• Expertise in contract management, contract law, and procurement law.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.• Experience supporting large industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with OEM suppliers and contractors.
