Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible accounting, financial planning, or finance experience. Demonstrated experience providing strategic financial advice and recommendations to executive leadership. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in a large, complex organization. Demonstrated leadership experience, including project management, team leadership, and mentoring. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical solutions. Demonstrated commitment to continuing improvement, process automation, and operational efficiency. Strong communication and presentation skills. Advanced analytical capabilities and experience interpreting complex financial information and translating into strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and complete deliverables within an evolving and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
