HISTORY -- Crystal Clean Maintenance, started by Nathan McAllister in 2007, is the result of three generations of family business beginning with George McAllister’s founding of Better Building Maintenance in 1961. The length of time spent in the building maintenance industry results in a wealth of custodial experience, a consistency in approach and in cleaning systems, and the confidence in our abilities to stand behind our work. EXPERIENCE -- We are a cleaning company whose employees are specially trained in the most modern and effective cleaning techniques with professional grade products. Our staff are also trained in product usage and safety procedures. We work diligently to ensure that all cleaning service plan specs are performed to the highest industry standards. SATISFACTION -- To guarantee the highest level of cleaning services, we utilize quality control programs which include onsite inspections. We constantly monitor our work and should any area fail to meet our strict business and household cleaning standards, it will be corrected immediately. And of course, we always encourage customer communication and use your input to heighten our level of cleaning services. Your Duties:
● Clean and maintain grease traps and interceptors in commercial kitchens
● Remove grease and food waste safely
● Handle cleaning tools, equipment, and waste properly
● Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
● Inspect grease traps and report any issues to the supervisor
● Wear required PPE and follow company safety policies
● Maintain a clean work area and provide reliable service at customer locations
Requirements
● Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts
● Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
● Kitchen or sanitation cleaning experience is an asset
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
● Reliable, punctual, and professional
● Legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship available
● Able to identify and report safety or maintenance issues
