Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Machine Operator for our client, an iconic manufacturing company specializing in machinery in Colborne, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, machine operation, quality inspection, and production environments.

  • Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

  • Location: Colborne, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 12 AM- 8 AM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Production

  • Load and unload parts into CNC machining centers.

  • Deburr machined parts as required.

  • Monitor production processes and maintain accurate production counts.

  • Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Inspection

  • Perform visual inspections of finished parts.

  • Conduct dimensional inspections to verify product specifications.

  • Report quality concerns and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

Safety & Housekeeping

  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Support continuous improvement and efficient production practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing or CNC machine operation experience preferred.

  • High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
