Day Shift: $24.00 / hour (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)
Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)
Shift Pattern: Full-time, 12-hour continental rotation (2-on / 2-off / 3-on schedule)
Onboarding & Training: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (initial training window)

Conduct regular measurements and quality inspections to ensure every product complies with rigid durability and dimensional tolerances.
Maintain focus, stamina, and productivity across physically demanding 12-hour shifts.
Collaborate closely with your crew to reach daily output goals while strictly following shop-floor safety protocols.
Qualifications
You have real-world experience doing heavy lifting and manual labor over long shifts.
You have worked in a factory, or industrial shop running equipment.
You have your own dependable vehicle to get to work on time every day (our facility has no public bus or train access).
You are ready to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement before day one.
Bonus points: You know how to run a forklift (helpful, but not required).
