The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery, equipment, and facilities.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee maintenance personnel, develop preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and production efficiency.

What You Bring
Minimum third-year Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) apprenticeship; Journeyperson certification is an asset.
At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience sourcing maintenance parts, materials, and equipment.
Knowledge of welding and fabrication equipment.
Welding and electrical experience considered an asset.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions.
