  • Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating, leading, or managing health and safety programs within construction or infrastructure environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
  • Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation is preferred.
  • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation or equivalent safety certification is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of British Columbia occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs to individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits.
