Kelly Services is hiring a full-time Material Handler for a 12-month contract in Brantford, ON. We are looking for someone who has stepped in for a lead role and is ready to support our picking team in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, safely, and on time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with picking teams and supervisors to meet all picking deadlines.
  • Accurately pull and pick customer orders.
  • Review and address picking errors with team members.
  • Communicate special instructions and product shortages to supervisors.
  • Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity.
  • Organize paperwork and follow warehouse workflow processes.
  • Provide coaching and hands-on assistance to team members as needed.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and adhere to company policies.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Load and unload shipments safely and accurately.
  • Meet productivity requirements while performing tasks.
  • Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist management with operational needs as required.

Physical Demands:

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and operating warehouse equipment.

Working Conditions:

You will work in a typical warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Special Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon a successful pre-employment physical examination and background check.

What’s In It For You:

  • Annual salary of $56,000 – $60,000
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend work
