• 5+ years of District Management, Operations Management, or comparable multi-site leadership experience
• Proven experience leading managers and field-based operational teams
• Demonstrated experience managing a large portfolio of clients, accounts, or locations
• Strong P&L management experience, including budgeting, revenue analysis, labour costs, and operational expenses

Job Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Vancouver, BC, working regular business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PST). This role is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations, including leading a team of Area Managers and field staff, managing client relationships, and driving operational and financial performance. Key responsibilities include reviewing parking rates and revenue trends, conducting site visits, communicating with clients, overseeing enforcement operations, managing labour and operational budgets, reviewing staff scheduling and productivity, and coordinating maintenance services. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to maximize gross revenue and profitability, deliver exceptional client service, develop high-performing teams, and continuously improve operating standards.
