Adecco is currently hiring a Production Associate for a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment in Balzac, AB. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in production, packaging, warehouse operations, material handling, order fulfillment, and manufacturing.
As a Production Associate, you will support daily production activities, product packaging, quality inspections, inventory movement, and shipping preparation while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Location: Balzac, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Production & Packaging
Package finished products according to production requirements.
Load packaging materials into production equipment.
Monitor production lines and perform visual quality inspections.
Identify and report quality concerns or product defects.
Prepare products for shipment and support order fulfillment activities.
Warehouse & Material Handling
Move, stack, and store finished goods safely.
Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate product handling and storage practices.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and hygiene requirements.
Wear required PPE and adhere to established work instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour environment is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong reliability, safety-focused and punctuality.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
