Description

Adecco is currently hiring full-time Production Operators for our client in Belleville, ON. This is for you if you have manufacturing or light industrial experience and are looking to join a fast-paced production environment.

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, inspecting finished components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

  • Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hour

  • Location: Belleville, ON

  • Shift (must be available for all shifts): 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM | 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections of manufactured components according to drawing specifications and quality requirements

  • Operate production equipment and keep machines running according to established standards and process instructions

  • Feed materials and components into machinery to maintain continuous production

  • Work closely with setup technicians and lead hands to ensure production schedules are achieved

  • Build ceramic plates through printing, pressing, sealing, and cleaning processes

  • Complete quality checks and report any defects or production concerns

  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of previous manufacturing or light industrial experience

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Must be available to work days, afternoons, and nights

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
