Job Description
Under the overall direction of the Program Manager / Program Coordinator, participates in the planning and implementation of appropriate social activities, providing health monitoring and emergency response services to the residents of the building.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Services, Social Work, health care, activation, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social services or health care, working with seniors in a community setting
- Completion of a C.P.R. (i.e., completed within one year period)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Relevant satisfactory work performance
