What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have Requirements

  • Valid British Columbia Security License
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Transportation Security Clearance (requires background checks)
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, for incident reporting and clear team coordination
  • Physical ability to perform outdoor foot patrols in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and regularly step in and out of patrol vehicles
  • Flexibility to work afternoon and overnight shifts throughout the week

Nice-to-Have Skills
