Coach developers on effective AI-assisted engineering practices, including task decomposition, context preparation, output validation, and appropriate human review
Strengthen development practices related to web applications, APIs, data models, automated testing, CI/CD, security, and production troubleshooting
Manage releases, rollout readiness, rollback planning, incident response, technical quality, and the removal of temporary feature flags or obsolete code
Enable website experimentation setup with Product and Analytics teams, ensuring clear success measures and operational readiness
Support hiring, onboarding, day-to-day operations, and people management activities to foster a high-performing team
