Sr. Trainer

The expectation will be for the resource to work onsite from the office 5 days a Week

Location: Edmonton, AB.

Duties:

Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives by defining role-based training strategies, scope, delivery approach (instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced), and success measures aligned to business outcomes.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.
  • Experience developing and teaching training materials, including developing computer based training modules/training videos.
  • Experience with a variety of learning/training concepts and principles, including knowledge of adult learning techniques.
  • Advanced level proficiency with MS Office Tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other related training software. For example, need to work with templates and create new templates.
  • Experience developing computer-based training videos using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline or equivalent.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating in-application guidance and support.
  • Working knowledge of SAP applications is an asset.
