Supervisor – Operations

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Supervisor – Operations on behalf of our client, a well-established organization operating in a fast-paced industrial and logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence, promoting workplace safety, and supporting the success of frontline teams.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring productivity goals are achieved efficiently and safely. You will work closely with employees and management to maintain smooth operations while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support frontline employees during daily operations.

· Promote workplace safety and ensure procedures are followed.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or operations environment.

· Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

· Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Employment Type

· Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
