POSITION: Technical Manager — Die & Mold Machining

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and advance our die and mold machining operations. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in CNC machining, programming, and process optimization, combined with leadership experience in managing CAM development teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the metal machining industry
  • Strong background in CNC programming for milling and turning
  • Experience with CNC machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a machining environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop machine shop applications in collaboration with the IT team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
