Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in Sarnia, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, production, material handling, and industrial equipment.

As a member of the operations team, you will support the production, handling, and shipment of dry ice products while ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Pay Rate: $20/hour

• Location: Sarnia, ON

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Production & Operations

• Operate, monitor, and control dry ice production equipment.

• Support production activities while meeting quality and productivity standards.

• Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns.

Shipping & Warehouse

• Load trailers and prepare shipments for Branches and customers.

• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Maintain inventory flow and support shipping and receiving activities.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.

• Assist with additional duties and overtime requirements during peak production periods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.

• Forklift certification is considered an asset.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable transportation required.

• First Aid certification is considered an asset.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
