Responsabilités :
- Conceptualiser et développer des plans architecturaux pour constructions neuves et rénovations
- Préparer dessins, devis et documents de construction avec AutoCAD et Revit
- Coordonner ingénieurs, entrepreneurs et consultants
- Effectuer des visites de chantier et suivre l'avancement des travaux
- Participer aux rencontres clients et aux négociations de contrats

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional passionate about creating innovative, sustainable designs for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural designs for new builds and renovations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for compliance with design intent.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Stay current with building codes, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
What your experience looks like
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
